    1 oz - Cheese, Parmesan
    2 0.6666666666666665 oz - Broccoli, raw
    4 oz - Chicken breast, boneless/skinless, raw
    1 oz - Spaghetti, whole wheat, dry
    4 1/4 oz - Tomato sauce, canned, meatless, no salt added


1. Preheat oven to 375F and cook chicken breast thoroughly (about 20-30 minutes).

2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain pasta.

3. Place a steamer insert in a saucepan and fill with water to just below the bottom of the steamer. Cover and bring water to a boil. Place broccoli in steamer insert and cover. Steam for about 3 minutes or until tender.

4. Top spaghetti with tomato sauce, chicken, and steamed broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.

Tips: 1 oz Parmesan cheese= 1/4 cup shredded;  1  oz dry spaghetti= 1/4 cup dry = 1/2 cup cooked; 2 2/3 oz broccoli = 1 cup; 4 1/4oz tomato sauce= 1/2 cup
