Ingredients
1/6 crust - Boboli pizza crust, thin, 100% whole wheat, 12"
3 oz - Chicken breast, boneless/skinless, raw
4 sml black - Olives, pitted
1 oz - Cheese, mozzarella, part skim
1/2 whole - Onions, green
1/4 med (2-3/4 inch) - Tomatoes, red, raw
1/8 med (2-1/2 inch) - Onions, raw
1/2 oz - Cheese, Feta
2 oz - Marinara Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Dice raw chicken into bite sized pieces and bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
3. Chop green onion, tomato, and onion to desired size.
4.Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza crust, add the cheese, and
finish with adding the rest of the vegetables and chicken. Cook in the
oven for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Tips: 2oz marinara= 1/4 cup; 1oz mozzarella= 1/4 cup shredded; 1/2oz
feta= 2 Tbsp; 1/2 whole green onion= 1 Tbsp chopped; 3oz chicken= size
of a deck of cards
