Lemon Garlic Pasta W/Grilled Chicken & Green beans

INGREDIENTS:
5 oz - Chicken Breast, Boneless/Skinless, Raw 3 1/2 oz - Green Beans, Raw 1 tsp(s) - Olive Oil
2 clove - Garlic, Raw 1/2 oz - Cheese, Parmesan null - Red Pepper,
Crushed 1 oz - Penne Pasta, Whole Wheat, Dry 1/2 whole (2-1/8" dia) -
Lemons, Raw
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill chicken breast for 10-15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain pasta.
3. Place a steamer insert in a saucepan and fill with water to just
below the bottom of the steamer. Cover and bring water to a boil. Place
green beans in steamer insert and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes or
until tender.
4. Mince garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add
minced garlic and red pepper flakes. When fragrant, add cooked pasta
and squeeze the juice from half of a lemon over pasta. Toss to combine
and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
5. Serve with grilled chicken and steamed green beans.
Tips:1oz dry whole wheat penne = 1/4 cup dry = 2/3 cup cooked; 5oz
chicken= 1 2/3 decks of cards; 3 1/2oz green beans= 1 cup; 1/2 oz
