    1 3/4 cup(s) - Kale, raw
    3/4 tsp(s) - Olive Oil
    1 1/2 clove - Garlic, raw
    to taste - Salt, table
    to taste - Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 325F (160 Celcius).

2. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray.

3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread on a sheet pan.

4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
