Ingredients

    1/6 crust - Boboli pizza crust, thin, 100% whole wheat, 12"
    1 oz - Cheese, mozzarella, part skim
    1/4 cup, chunks - Pineapple, raw
    1/8 med (2-1/2 inch dia) - Bell Pepper, red, raw
    1 whole - Onions, green
    null - Coriander (cilantro) leaves, raw
    3 oz, raw - Turkey bacon, extra lean
    2 oz - Marinara Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spread the sauce evenly over the crust. Then add the cheese, and finish with adding the rest of the diced vegetables and chopped bacon.

3. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Tips: 2oz marinara= 1/4 cup; 1oz mozzerella= 1/4 cup shredded; 1 green onion= 2 Tbsp chopped;
