Ingredients
1 tsp(s) - Olive Oil
1 1/2 oz - Wild rice, dry
10 spear, med (6 inch) - Asparagus, raw
5 oz - Pork, loin chop, raw
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and saute pork chop in olive oil.
2. Cook wild rice according to package directions.
3. Place a steamer insert in a saucepan and fill with water to just
below the bottom of the steamer. Cover and bring water to a boil. Place
asparagus spears in steamer insert and cover. Steam for about 5 minutes
or until tender.
4. Serve pork chop with wild rice and steamed asparagus on the side.
Tip: 1 1/2 oz Wild Rice = 1/4 cup dry or 3/4 cup cooked
