Ingredients

    1/2 med (2-1/2 inch) - Onions, raw
    1/2 tsp(s) - Olive Oil
    4 oz - Beef, sirloin, raw
    2 med (6 inch) ear - Corn, sweet
    1/2 med (2-1/2 inch dia) - Bell Peppers, green, raw

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut bell pepper and onion into chunks.

2. Place sirloin chunks, bell pepper chunks, and onion chunks on skewers. Brush with oil and grill until the sirloin is cooked to the desired degree of doneness. Grill corn and serve.

Tips: 1/2 whole bell pepper = 1/2 cup; 1/2 whole onion= 1/2 cup chopped; 4oz sirloin= 1 1/3 size of a deck of cards
